Delete your PassRig data
For the PassRig: CDL Practice Test app on Google Play (com.passrig.app), developed by 24 Wonders Ltd. PassRig has no accounts, so there is no account to delete; this page explains how to delete the data the app does collect.
1. Data on your phone
Your answers, progress, mistakes, state, test date and settings never leave your phone. To delete your answers and progress, open PassRig, go to Settings and tap "Reset progress". To delete everything, including your settings, uninstall the app or clear its storage in your phone's app settings. This is immediate and needs nothing from us.
2. Your subscription record and analytics: ask us
- Open PassRig, go to Settings and scroll to the bottom. Copy the line that starts with "App ID".
- Email hello@passrig.com with the subject "Delete my PassRig data" and paste the App ID. If you can no longer open the app, say so and tell us roughly when you bought or started your trial; we will try to find the record.
- If you have an active subscription, cancel it in Google Play first, or it will keep renewing.
- We delete your data within 30 days and confirm by replying to your email.
What is deleted
- Your subscription record at RevenueCat: the App ID and the purchase history linked to it (plan, trial, renewals, price). After deletion, PassRig Pro on that install stops being recognised until you restore purchases.
- Your app analytics in Google Analytics: we send Google a deletion request for the analytics records of your install where we can identify them. Analytics uses a random ID that is not linked to your name, email or App ID, so we cannot always pick your records out; in that case they are deleted automatically: event data after 2 months, and the rest 14 months after your last use of the app.
- Your email to us, once the deletion is confirmed, unless you ask us to keep it.
What is kept
- Google Play's own records of your purchase and payment. Google keeps these under its own policy and we cannot delete them; you can manage them in your Google account.
- Totals in reports, such as "120 people opened the plans screen this week", which no longer identify you.
The advertising ID
You control your device's advertising ID yourself: in your phone's settings (Settings, then Privacy or Google, then Ads) you can reset it or delete it. Deleting it stops it being collected by any app, PassRig included.
More detail on what is collected and why is in the Privacy Policy.
